My Mom my Life

My mom she is such a wonderful person a great mother and now am amazing grand maa too she is handling Every thing from last 40years she is a person who always think for others and for her family first then for herself

She is a person who in the morning finish up everything then when we all leave the house then she had a time alone for herself me and my elder sister we changed her entire routine so that now At least she will start thinking about herself , so we changed her routine by waking her up much earlier giving her 6-8 time to actually rejuvenate herself and think about herself and do what she want to do so when she started thinking about herself too and the minute she started doing that she felt so better and she is in a different mind set to deal with her family.

So it really matters sometimes you need to change your routine to find some time for yourself need to change your story sometimes you need to do a lot many acceptance and have to distance yourself form people to find yourself to do the things which we actually want to .

Because of the word selfish people do see it like negative which is not because from starting she is thinking and taking care of her family when she will get time for herself if not now then when so those were the small micro things if we change it will completely change what we manifest.

So it is really important to think about oneself first then only you can take care or can think of others too.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Better than Poutine

I know, what could be better that a steaming plate of fries, gravy and cheese curd? Fries, gravy, cheese curd and bacon, that’s what! Throw in some fresh shallots, chilli, and a splash of roasted bone marrow and duck gravy, and we turn this popular French-Canadian dish into a something sublime.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.

Roasted Pumpkin Soup

There’s nothing better than a warm bowl of pumpkin soup on a cold autumn day. Combine your roasted pumpkin with some onion, garlic, vegetable broth, and a few spices, and give it some time to simmer away. Pair it with a few slices of fresh bread to turn it into something sublime.
